Do you have too much panache? (Is that even possible??) Decorate with Panache welcomes you to submit for consideration photos of your beautiful, high quality, nearly perfect condition pieces of furniture, décor or artwork for sale on consignment.

We know quality when we see it, and we know what customers are shopping for. You are invited to show us what you’ve got! Decorate with Panache takes high-end items of furniture and décor pieces that suit our store for sale on consignment. Consignment is a great way to pass along what you no longer need, and a savvy way to supplement the cost of redecorating of your home. Have more than one or two items to re-home? We are also happy to help you create a plan to disperse an estate, as well as upcycle a particularly valuable piece. We will help you establish value and partner with you through the process. Consignment Request Form

At Decorate with Panache, consignment items are accepted on a case-by-case basis determined by a variety of factors. In order to make a determination, please be sure to follow the instructions completely if you have items you would like considered for consignment.

Step 1: Review the Consignment Agreement .pdf document. If you agree to our consignment terms, please proceed to step two.

Step 2: Complete the online form below. Be sure to include as much detail as possible. Photos are REQUIRED to be submitted for consideration. You can include up to 5 items per form. If you have more than 5 items (“Household or Estate”) we will contact you with more instructions after we receive your completed form.

Step 3: Decorate with Panache will review your information/photos and contact you with a decision. It may take up to 5 business days to complete this process. If you don’t hear back within 7 days, please feel free to follow up with a phone call.

Step 4: If your item(s) are accepted into our consignment program, please print and complete the consignment agreement .pdf and submit with your items.

DELIVERY/PICK-UP POLICY: If you cannot provide delivery, we will make arrangements with you for pick-up, which is subject to a charge based on your location ($30 – $100+). If your items do not sell and you are not forfeiting your items at the end of the contract period, the delivery fee will be the same unless you make arrangements to pick-up said item(s).

Consignment Policy Details

Items are consigned to “Decorate with Panache” (DWP) for a period of up to 60 days (Consignment Period).

Prices will be established by an agreement by and between the consignor and the store but is ultimately at the discretion of store management.

The consignor and the store will split the final sale, each receiving 50% of the final sales price.

After 30 days, unsold items will be discounted from original price by the following:

  • 15% after 30 days

Once the Consignment Period has elapsed, the consignor will have two options regarding the handling of the consigned items.

  • Option #1: Consigner will retrieve unsold items within 3 days after Consignment Period expires. If no other arrangements have been made, items not retrieved within 3 days will be considered forfeited.
  • Option #2: Consigner will donate unsold item(s) to Decorate with Panache.

With a minimum of 3 days’ notice, unsold items may be picked up at any time during the contract period.

Checks for sold items in a calendar month will be mailed on the (15th) of the following month. Checks not cashed within 45 days of the issue date, will become null and void.

Consigner declares that you have complete and clear title to the items listed, and Decorate with Panache is not responsible for any claim of title to any said item.

By signing the New Consignment Agreement contract, you certify that you agree with these terms and you understand that Decorate with Panache assumes no liability for the consigned items.
